they are cancerous,
they taste gross,
they are a turn off,
in the long run your body will remain healthier,
you can drink tea or coffee instead...the caffine rush is similar to the nicotine rush.

I quit for lent.

I watched lung cancer destroy my grandmother and six of her seven siblings. The 7th and only surviving member of that generation is the only one to have never smoked.

There are much cooler ways to die...

You'll be able to run. Most Importantly (in my twisted mind) you'll have more money.
